There is nothing like sitting next to water on a warm summer day, coconut scented suntan lotion lathered on your skin and sipping on a delicious beverage.
Here is your June sexy cocktail of the month.
SKINNY DIP
1 oz mandarine vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 lime juice fresh squeezed
splash of cranberry juice.
Shake until frosty, and pour over ice or keep it neat and up in your favorite martini glass.
Mocktail version:
SKINNY DIPPER
1 ea orange fresh peeled and sliced
1 C. peach, pitted and sliced
1 C pineapple peeled and chopped
1/2 C. mango, peeled, pitted, chopped
1/2 lime juice fresh squeezed
Juice all above ingredients, or add 1 C. ice and blend until smooth.
Finish with a splash of cranberry juice.
